This Jeweled collar has a center post to hook your leash to. Gorgeous soft velvet dog collar for puppies or small dogs. This collar is a 1/2" inch wide velvet dog collar and comes in five marvelous colors. It has two rows of clear crystals stones. You can purchase a matching leash below. The leash is 4' 3/8" wide leash with Austrian crystals near the buckle and handle.   However, please keep in mind that the center post on this collar is meant for tags and charms only.  NOT LEASHES. 
To find correct collar size add 2 inches to dog's neck size.
These collars run small!
