Male dogs can have bling, too.  This is one of our newest collars.   It is a royal blue velvet collar and is only 3/8" wide which would make it a great cat safety collar also.  The danglies are 1" long.   It has a D ring  by the  buckle.   This collar does NOT have a rhinestone buckle.  If you would like one, please go to the "add a rhinestone buckle" category on the previous page.
