One of our newest collars.  This stylish emerald green velvet collar is 5/8" wide.  That means that it would be great for a dog, or a cat.   It has 2 rows of emerald green Swarovski rhinestones on the outer edges of the collar and  diamond clear Swarovski rhinestones in the center. The stones are set in sterling silver plated prongs.  Also included are the  Swarovski crystal emerald green crown charm and the rhinestone buckle. Such a fancy collar.
