This gorgeous collar is made with plush light orange velvet sewn onto the nylon webbing which is 5/8" wide. This collar has two rows of our LARGEST rhinestones on it! They are aurora borealis set in gold colored settings. These rhinestones sparkle with all the different colors in the rainbow.
