Such a sweet looking little collar. This collar is 3/8" wide and has a beautiful dusty blue velvet ribbon attached. The crystals on this collar are white on the outer edges and one row of light blue in the center. Just imagine walking your dog with this beautiful collar on, and if it had the matching velvet/nylon webbing leash what a knock out it would be.
