Perfect Valentine's Day collar for your small dog or cat.  It is classified as a safety cat collar but can be made for a dog, too.  Just let us know which you want it for.  It is a red safety cat collar that is 3/8" wide. It has 5 precious acrylic ruby rhinestone hearts attached to the collar. The underlying stones are genuine Czech glass rhinestones.  So Adorable! All our cat collars have a bell on them.
