This gorgeous  BLACK  VELVET collar is 1" wide.   It has diamond Swarovski crystals which are set in sterling silver plated settings that are complimented by faux pearls.   The D ring by the buckle is included as well as the buckle has rhinestones on it.   A Stunning  Collar.   The smaller image below the big image shows you the buckle.
