This collar has a bright, steady (does not blink) white light containing three LED's. It is about the size of a chicken egg and hangs from a special elastic collar. It uses three AAA batteries; rechargeable batteries can be use. It is also "water-resistant" and has a one year warranty. The collar is easily removed so you can use the light as a flashlight.
