The blank collars and leashes can be shipped within 24 hours, and the personalized dog collars and leashes will be shipped within 48 hours (working days).
The dog’s name can be added for an additional charge of  $12.00 and the phone number can be personalized as well for an additional $15.00.

If you need to return the collars for any reason, please send us an email at: fourpawsdogcollars@windstream.net to let us know that you need to return it.  We will then give you instructions on how to return the products.  However, personalized collars and leashes are non-returnable.  The blank collars and leashes can be returned with a 30 days period.  These collars and leashes are shipped by UPS therefore the shipping charges are a little higher than usual.  But, these collars are such good quality that it is worth paying a little extra to get them.
