We added these products to our site approximately a year ago. We are extremely proud of these items. Some of these items are designed by a jeweler so, it is understandable why they are so beautiful. Just take a look and you will be truly surprised. I was. I didn't know that dog collars could be so exquisite. I guess that is why they are called designer dog collars.
Because this is a different shipper than we have with our other collars, we have had to adjust our policies on shipping, refunds, and exchanges for these products. They are as follows:
Shipping and Handling:
Your product should be shipped within 48 to 72 business hours of receiving your order, and it should be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail, which is a maximum of 3 days in the USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. Our
shipping and handling charge is $8.00 (first item) for collars, leashes
and pendants. We will add $2.00 for each additional item. For these
items, we have to charge $15.00, plus $2.00 for
each additional item when shipped to CANADA or AUSTRALIA. If shipped
to AUSTRALIA it has to be purchased through PayPal. THERE IS NO FREE SHIPPING TO CANADA OR AUSTRALIA
Returns:
All returns must be pre-authorized. Items may be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them. There will be no refunds (only exchanges). Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. Our

PLEASE READ THIS -- IT IS VERY IMPORTANT:

OF US DEALING WITH SO MANY SUPPLIERS IF THERE IS AN EXCHANGE TO BE MADE
AND IT IS ALLOWED IT WILL HAVE TO BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM
THE VERY SAME SUPPLIER. IN ORDER TO FIGURE OUT WHETHER IT IS THE SAME
SUPPLIER, OR NOT, LOOK AT THE SKU #. EACH SKU # ENDS WITH A DASH AND
THEN A LETTER (-D, -R, -M, -P, ETC.). THE SKU # WILL HAVE TO END WITH
THE SAME LETTER. The way to explain this is by simply saying that if
you buy something at Wal-Mart and you want to exchange it you have to
take it back to Wal-Mart to exchange it. You wouldn't be allowed to
exchange it at K-Mart, or anywhere else. This is the very same
policy. Our web site deals with so many suppliers and most web sites
deal with only one supplier. This is the reason for this rule. Please
try to understand and PLEASE -- DO NOT ASK ME TO EXCHANGE ONE PRODUCT
THAT ENDS WITH ONE LETTER FOR A PRODUCT THAT ENDS WITH A DIFFERENT
LETTER. I cannot do this. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.
Product Defects:
If we ever have a defective product, you can return it within 30 days for replacement. No questions asked.
Exchanges:
You will need to contact us by email at okiedokieinternetsales@windstream.net to let us know to be expecting it. We will then give you the address to send it to. The shipper only allows 14 days to make an exchange. You will need to send it to our shipper with a note saying what size you want, etc. Exchanges are no problem. However, we will have to charge your credit card for shipping again. Once the shipper receives it, they will send you back the size you request. People all think their dog is little, but we have 5 sizes for "little" dogs. We would like to encourage you to check our size charts on the products.
