We added these products to our site approximately a year ago and are extremely proud to have them as part of our collection. It’s not hard to understand why these items are so beautiful considering that some were designed by a jeweler. We’re sure you will be surprised and delighted with these glitzy leather dog collars. Until we saw these items we didn’t know how exquisite dog collars could be! Because the manufacturer of these collars uses a different shipping company we have had to adjust our policies on shipping, refunds, and exchanges for these products. They are as follows: Shipping and Handling: Returns: All returns must be pre-authorized. Items may be returned for exchange within 14 days of purchase if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them. There will be no refunds (only exchanges). All returns must be pre-authorized. You must have an RMA # before returning anything to us (ask us for details). If you have not contacted us and received an RMA number before sending the product back to us it will be returned to you unopened. There is a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. Our shipping and handling charge is $8.00 (first item) for collars, leashes and pendants. We will add $2.00 for each additional item. For these items, we have to charge $15.00, plus $2.00 for each additional item when shipped to CANADA or AUSTRALIA. If shipped to AUSTRALIA it must be purchased through PayPal. THERE IS NO FREE SHIPPING TO CANADA OR AUSTRALIA.
PLEASE READ THIS -- IT IS VERY IMPORTANT: BECAUSE WE ARE WITH SO MANY SUPPLIERS, APPROVED EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THE VERY SAME SUPPLIER. IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS THE SAME SUPPLIER, LOOK AT THE SKU #. EACH SKU # ENDS WITH A DASH AND THEN A LETTER (-D, -R, -M, -P, ETC.). THE SKU # MUST END WITH THE SAME LETTER.
Defective Merchandise: Exchanges:
Please contact us by email at fourpawsdogcollars2@hughes.net to let us know you are returning a product for exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. If an item is sent back that has not been pre-authorized it will be returned to you unopened and we will provide you with an address to send it to the supplier. The shipping company only allows 14 days to make an exchange. You will need to send it to our shipping company with a note indicating your desired size, etc. Exchanges are acceptable, however, we will charge for shipping again as well as a 20% restocking fee. Once the supplier receives the item they will send you your requested size. Please keep in mind that we have 5 sizes for small dogs, and we encourage you to carefully review our size charts provided the products. |
